Buongiorno. I hope you’re all ready for the weekend. I’ll be chucking some shrimps, fish and seafood on the barbie.
I love having friends round for a seafood barbecue, so it’s off to the fish market for me.

Hi and welcome to Saturday,
the day I relax with my kids. Rocco is already out in the garden picking vegetables and herbs for our springtime veggie lunch today. I am going to make one of our family favourites – frittata with new asparagus, peas, broad beans and mint. Frittata is a really easy dish to make for lunch or as a starter for a dinner party and you can be really creative, adding in whatever takes your fancy or is in season.
